Our room at Nh Collection Porto Batalha was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. We were delighted by the Easter greetings left in our room.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area after an evening out. The restaurant offers delicious food at a reasonable price, and the attentive waiters at the bar provide excellent service.
The gym facility is quite small and cramped, making it difficult to have a proper workout if all four machines are occupied.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with fantastic amenities. I enjoyed the in-room safe, soundproofed walls, and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of options. The spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving advice and making arrangements whenever needed.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the city's main sights. It was within walking distance of the Dom Luis bridge and the Clerigo Tower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and recommendations for our stay. One of the highlights was the in-house restaurant, so great with its delicious food and excellent service.
That the air conditioning in our room didn't work very well and the temperature was too warm. the wifi occasionally dropped out, a bit inconvenient.
