I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, smack in the middle of everything. I could easily walk to many of the tourist sites, and the hotel was right on the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. the hotel facilities were modern and new. I also appreciated the fact that there were many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area after an evening out. The restaurant offers delicious food at a reasonable price, and the attentive waiters at the bar provide excellent service.
The gym facility is quite small and cramped, making it difficult to have a proper workout if all four machines are occupied.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with tourist sites and many restaurants just minutes away. The service is amazing, from the room service to the welcome drink. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with fantastic amenities. I enjoyed the in-room safe, soundproofed walls, and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of options. The spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving advice and making arrangements whenever needed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the city's main sights. It was within walking distance of the Dom Luis bridge and the Clerigo Tower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and recommendations for our stay. One of the highlights was the in-house restaurant, so great with its delicious food and excellent service.
That the air conditioning in our room didn't work very well and the temperature was too warm. the wifi occasionally dropped out, a bit inconvenient.

Conveniently situated near cafes and tourist bus stops. Spacious, well-equipped bedroom with helpful staff who recommended great restaurants. Good parking and valet service available. Excellent location for exploring the city and enjoying a complimentary glass of port.
